The Provincial Teen Information Center named as 1Bataan Kaugnay Youth Center is an educational and recreational hub that serves as a safe space for the youth in the community. It houses a group of trained Peer Facilitators (PF) that will provide basic peer counseling, forwarding the clients to appropriate services through frontline assistance on-site and online such as referrals to Provincial Government and concerned offices in support and guidance of the Provincial Population Office, and the Provincial Health Office.

This facility managed by the Bataan Youth Development Office, aims to establish an avenue that links the BataeñYouth to access and enjoy public services of partnered offices.
